Our Services

Vitality at Focal Point offers wellness, lifestyle, and salon & spa services, including our personalized wellness planning and the BioIdentical Precision Mapping assessment, in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are not a medical practice and do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. The Site provides general information and allows you to request a visit; using it does not create a provider–patient relationship.

Fees

The BioIdentical Precision Mapping assessment is offered at $300, or $500 when booked together with a second person (such as a spouse, coworker, or friend) at the same time. Fees for salon & spa and other services are provided at the time of scheduling. Fees are described in U.S. dollars (USD). See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Eligibility & Geographic Scope

Our services are available to adults (18+) in the Scottsdale, Arizona area. By requesting a visit, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your Responsibilities

Intellectual Property
